Wilbert Mason is a Caribbean hospitality executive with more than twenty years of senior leadership experience across six islands. He holds an MBA, dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Hospitality Management, and the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation.

He has worked with some of the Caribbean's most celebrated ultra-luxury resorts and trained through Forbes Travel Guide and Cornell University's executive programmes. Over that time he developed a deep understanding of what separates a good property from a genuinely remarkable one.

His consulting practice is focused on independent hotels and short-term rental operators across the Caribbean who have real potential and deserve real expertise.
